Best Fleets To Drive For Nominations

Best Fleets To Drive For Nominations

Who is the best fleet to drive for? Millis Transfer, of course!!

It's time to nominate your Favorite Fleet for the 2021 Best Fleets to Drive For annual award, produced by CarriersEdge, in partnership with Truckload Carriers Association. The distinction recognizes the for-hire fleets that provide some of the best workplace experiences for company drivers and/or independent contractors.

Launched in 2008, the Best Fleets to Drive For Program is dedicated to finding the best workplaces in the North American Trucking Industry. For the first time in its 13-year history, the nomination dates will be earlier than normal. For those who wish to participate in the voting process, make sure you get your vote in before September 6, 2020. For more information, please visit www.BestFleetsToDriveFor.com to learn more and to nominate.

CarriersEdge and TCA do in-depth interviews with more than 100 nominated fleets and they collect thousands of driver surveys. This helps them to identify the most successful programs as well as any emerging trends within the industry. Winners are recognized in multiple categories.

Does Millis Transfer have what it takes to be named a Best Fleet? You bet we do. We not only offer competitive pay and fantastic equipment, we provide our drivers with a long list of benefits that few can match.

By nominating their fleet, truck drivers are identifying what they like about their company, such as the culture, safety practices, equipment and/or training. They are also helping to bring to light what their company does that is innovative and successful.

According to CarriersEdge Chief Executive Officer Jane Jazrawy, "This program evolves every year to reflect changes in the industry, and this is no different. Throughout the pandemic we've seen fleets go above and beyond to support their drivers, and we're excited to start capturing more of those details through this process."

"The Best Fleets to Drive For program is one with which each and every carrier wishes to align themselves," said TCA President John Lyboldt. "Year after year, we're honored to showcase these very deserving fleets. Especially this year, we want to recognize those that have provided an excellent workplace for those drivers throughout the COVID-19 pandemic."
