Additional
Pay
Beginning APRIL 1, 2005 all drivers
will be eligible for additional mileage pay based
on miles accumulated during the preceding 7-day period.
Drivers will be paid additional mileage pay as follows:
Drivers
attaining 2000 miles to 2500 will be paid an additional
$.03/mile for all miles.
Drivers
attaining 2501 miles to 2999 will be paid an additional
$.04/mile for all miles.
Drivers
attaining 3000 plus will be paid an additional
$.05/mile for all miles.
Safety

$.01 per mile paid quarterly.

Millis drivers who recruit new drivers
to the company will be paid
Refer one driver 2 cents per mile
added to your pay for one year
Refer additional drivers add another
1 cent per mile for every driver
Example: Refereed 4 drivers = 5 cents
additional per mile for up to one year

$100 - Driver starting as experienced
will be paid $100 after delivery of first load.

$100.00 For Any Loads That Pick Up
