Home time packages vary within the trucking industry. As an OTR dry van driver for Millis Transfer, you will enjoy something many carriers only hope to achieve: a healthy work life balance. That’s our commitment to you.
Medical sources confer that good health involves maintaining a “healthy lifestyle, healthy mental attitude, and healthy ways of relating” to the world around us. We also know that part of achieving overall health is achieving a healthy work life balance. That’s one reason why Millis not only ensures home time, but also provides one of the most generous vacation packages in the industry.
Our reputation as a driver friendly, family oriented company stands tall and we deliver on our promise. With Millis Transfer, you’ll enjoy three weeks of paid vacation after one continuous year of service.
Our home time policy is one of the best in the business:
A driver who accumulates 7 days out without a 36 hr at home period will receive a minimum of 36 hours of uninterrupted home time. A driver who accumulates 14 days out without a 36 hr home period will receive a minimum of 72 hrs of uninterrupted home time. A driver who accumulates 21 days or more out without a 36 hr home period will receive a minimum of 108 hrs or 4 ½ days of uninterrupted home time.
Very few companies can match the home time and vacation commitment that Millis Transfer offers. Knowing that, why would anyone choose to work anywhere else? The choice is easy.
